Who we are

liorastay.gr is the direct-booking website of Liora Stay, a holiday apartment in Nea Fokea, Chalkidiki, Greece (property registry no. ΑΜΑ 00003550338). Data controller: the property owner. Contact: hello@liorastay.gr.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the booking request form: your name, email, phone (optional), dates, guest count and message. Your IP address is temporarily logged for security (spam protection).

Why we process it

Solely to answer your request and arrange your stay. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

Who helps us (processors)

Brevo (sends our notification and your confirmation email), Telegram (alerts the host), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). For visitor statistics we use Umami — it sets no cookies and collects no personal data; all statistics are fully anonymised.

Cookies

A single functional cookie remembers your language preference. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention & your rights

Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@liorastay.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
